The OP doesn't understand that much of the value in life is from the lessons learned while overcoming struggles, from assisting other people do the same, and from achieving challenging personal goals.
Yes I agree. It’s such a shame though. I’d like to feel sorry for him, but I just end up thinking about how much good he could be doing with all the time he idles away.
Or things he could be achieving that are worthy of feeling proud of: I've stood on mountains and watched sunrises there (Not the tallest in the world - but high enough to be a challenge and most people would not even attempt). I've been an Official at an Olympics and also Judged 2 World Championships... and you don't get chosen for those positions without a lot of work and being really good at doing it (overall 30 years as a volunteer in that sport). I've also assisted hundreds of people to improve their lives via charity mentoring and life coaching. I actually consider the last item as my most significant.
As for the OP: Please read the following thread about relationships - look at how that OP responded and look how this OP responded. I suspect they are the same person. If so, it really shows how hollow their lives are.
IIN I have a better life than most of you

Just stating the facts!
It’s beyond my understanding how anyone could bare the existence he describes in his post, and think he’s living a good life!
