Being sneaky about something does not always mean someone thinks what they are doing is wrong. They don't think it's wrong, but they hide it because they know it is considered wrong. It's about not getting caught. A lot of serial killers for example. There are a lot of serial killers that truly do not believe they've done anything wrong, but of course they're not going to admit to the whole world that they took the lives of other people because they know that it is not only considered morally wrong, but it goes against the law.
