Every faith incorporates the same bullshit to muddle the brains of the faithful. If they didn't the faithful might wake up and see the bullshit for what it is and the faith would have no followers.
Wicca is no more or less idiotic than any other religion, though it does seem to attract the lunatic fringe, for some reason. Nut jobs dancing with abandon, at midnight in black robes around a fire. Didn't most humans outgrow that sort of childish behavior, some 4,000 years ago?
