Although you describe a perverted view of what a wiccan actually is. I'm not sure this story is 100% accurate as it sounds like the plot of a bad Nick Cage movie. But there are extremists that think dancing is a sin, so perhaps your ex was a robed fire dancer.

Hehe. I actually like Nick Cage a lot. He falls into the so bad it's good category. Like Con Air or Wicker Man.

Yeah both are absolute trash but Nicks usual overacting and classic one liners make them rewatchable again and again.
