    I'm sure I haven't always been the perfect neighbor when I lived in apartments, but man I at least did my BEST to keep things quiet. Sounds like these prigs aren't even trying to be subtle about what they're doing.

      Yeah that's what bothers me the most really, they don't give a damn about people next door
