Is it normal i got sick before meps?

I am kind of screwed. I got sick the day before meps. Also please I ask that maybe people from service answer since they know whats serious and whats not. I caught strep from my stupid room mate and they tell me about my paperwork for meps on Monday. WTF do I do now? Am I really going get disqualified for it? They said you cant have drugs in your urine, and even if I go after I go after I stop the meds it will still be in my Urine.

    Oh no! Looks like you'll miss out on going to Iraq, getting your limbs blown off and coming home only to find your only option is suicide. Just bad luck I guess.

    They mean illegal drugs and alcohol. You're allowed to use prescribed and OTC medicine. Unless you're on a narcotic you probably have nothing to worry about as far as a drug test goes. Simply bring a doctors note and a copy of your prescriptions with you if you're worried about it. Or, shiiiiiit, CALL YOUR FUCKING RECRUITER AND TALK TO HIM ABOUT IT!!!! It's his job to get you enlisted and he can tell you exactly what's up.
