Is it normal i go to shows/concerts alone?

When I go see musicians about 95% of the time I go alone. It was awkward when I first started doing it, but now I prefer going alone. Otherwise, I'm always thinking about if the other person is enjoying it instead of 100% focusing on what is going on in front of me. Only thing that sucks is maybe being alone in between sets.

    Yeah, normal. I don't know how many people do this but I doubt anyone who tried it would find it felt weird.

    I totally agree with you both about being able to focus on the music rather than a companion. I never feel alone if I'm in a crowd of people enjoying the same music.

    I have gone to a couple of concerts by myself too after my break up with my ex gf, just to pass time and help me get over it....
