Is it normal i go to bed at 4:30ish am and wake up at 4:30ish pm

its happening since 3 days ago, i havent been able to go to sleep normal. last night i went to bed late at 4 or 5 am because i find it hard to sleep and have habbits of being on social media too much, i woke up this morning jumped online and checked the time and it was 4:35pm, it actually felt like 9:00am, is this bad and normal?

  • if this becomes a regular you probably have delayed sleep phase disorder. you better fix it before it becomes irreversible like me.

  • Its normal i don't sleep for 3 days then sleep and repeat i don't get much sleep because social media freinds insomnia and depression wich is the main symptom for having insomnia .

    So you might just not be tired have insomnia or need to put your electronics down each night

  • Yeah, its normal but not good for you. Try to force yourself to stay awake until a reasonable sleeping time and then go to bed then. Take a Melatonin pill to help you sleep. Its an all natural sleep aide. If all else fails, pull an "all nighter" so you'll be awake for 24ish hours, and then go to bed at a regular bedtime.
