I believe that the "Q" in LGBTQ means queer, not questioning.. LGBT doesn't include sexualities or genders such as agender, genderfluid, asexual, demisexual, and way more.
Being agender is not identifying as a gender whatsoever, partially like asexual individuals who are not attracted to any gender. The prefix a-, in this case, means not. People with this gender tend to use the they/them pronouns
Genderfluid is a gender that don't identify as a fixed gender. These people might end up feeling like a girl one day, but a guy the next.
