Is it normal i get stupid angry when people play videos w/o headphones in public?

Like, my mom does this constantly, and it bugs the hell out of me. Even if we're in the corner of a restaurant, it still annoys me. Doesn't matter HOW public, as long as it's in public it infuriates me. Maybe I'm just a hardass.

    Well since I use my own earbuds this isnt an issue.

    Yes its considered annoying and especially if we're to talk to them with their headphones it can be a bit disrespectful if they cannot notice you when you talk to them.
