Sometimes so anxious and nervous I can't look at them.
I have a new friend who I have only hung out with a few times over the past year and even though I don't like her in that way I always am nervous when she comes over

    You may have an anxiety disorder. No way I could advise you from the information you gave. Only you know how anxious you are. I'd say, if it affects your ability to enjoy life you should seek counseling or tell your doctor if you have the means. You may just be insecure. It all depends on how adversely this affects you.

      My family thinks it's a body "imbalance" and can be fixed by eating right and taking supplements. I an trying to look after myself but I've given up hope of getting better.

      My mind doesn't operate properly and my anxiety fucks me over to enjoy life

      I have just accepted I'm no good and have become introverted
