Is it normal i finish off my hot showers with cool water?

My friend told me I was a masochist when I brought it up maybe she was joking. All my hot showers end with cool water almost always I am miserable and puffing my cheeks panting and getting so pumped up I could punch a baby in the face but I still do it. IIN?

    The hot to cold thing is great for the lymphatic system and circulatory system..... the baby punching is illegal.....

    I couldn't imagine finishing off my hot showers with cool water, especially not on cold days. On really hot days I sometimes have cool showers though.

    Not normal,lol,but ummm, yeah, I occasionally do this too. Its like a circulation rush. Its like those people in Arctic polar regions right? They like to get naked to take a dip in the freezing waters. Ha!

    I do that because the hot water only lasts a few minutes, but now that I'm used to it I do like it, unless it's a freezing cold day.
