Not that you need drink, but there are just so many great drinks that are alcoholic or made with alcohol. Drinking itself can be the pleasure, not drinking to get drunk.
Make friends with a bartender and ask him/her to make you some of the more interesting drinks.
Pina Colada, Madori Colada, Tequila Sunrise, Long Island Ice Tea and a frozen Margarita, just to name a few.
After dinner in a nice place, a shot of Kahlua on an ice cube is a great after dinner sipping drink. If you really want to live on the edge, ask them to add cream to it.
Saying that those are 'the more interesting drinks' is like recommending the Olive Garden as a great Italian restaurant. That shit's amateur. Most bars are going to make those drinks with shitty pre-packaged mixers and they will be terrible.

And if I were to suggest the truly exotic drinks and some shit bartender screwed them up, do you think that would help the OP?
