Is it normal i feel sick when looking at my comfort character?

so theres the character from a game I like that is pretty much my absolute favorite and comfort, but recently whenever i see fanart of them i feel really nauseous. its worse at night. its really annoying and kind of distressing because im hanging on by a thread and this character is pretty much the only thing keeping my mental health relatively stable.
