Is it normal i feel lost ?

I'm in my early twenties and I gave up Social Media's, alcohol, porn, masturbation and weed for 3 months now. I study on my free time, exercise and go to University. But I feel so lost and lonely. Is this normal? I feel like all these sacrifices are in vain.

Your welcome, we live in an age where everyone's looking for a quick fix, but in reality, there is no magic bullet and sometimes things can get worse before they gradually get better. Regular pot smoking can suppress things and these issues or just plain negative thoughts can resurface when you quit. Finding something positive you can do for yourself or others moving forward can help fill any voids etc.. Consolidate the positive changes you have made and build from there. Associate with like minded people so you don't fall back. In time hopefully you will see the bigger picture and know your efforts to improve your life were most courageous and not in vain.

Giving up weed could be a factor in those types of feelings you are experiencing, but I commend you for sticking with it and wish you well. Don't see it as a sacrifice, see it as a positive choice that will make your life better long term.
