Is it normal i feel better with less sleep?

If I sleep for 4 hours I wake up feeling better than I do with 6-8 hours. Everybody says it's bad for my health but after a 6-8 hour sleep I wake up irritable, grumpy and can't concentrate. I'll feel like that all day. If I sleep less I wake up alert and can think more clearly. The longer I'm awake and the less sleep I get, the happier I am.

    I've found that, too. If I have 6ish hrs, I feel crap, but 4 feels fine. But then, 8+hrs often feels fine, too. And my napping is oit of control, lately, but it has no bearing on my night sleep. It's weird.

    I don't think such short sleep ours is great in the long term, though.

    look..my friend is so much like you and i think its normal..
    People are different.
    I know a scientist who only sleep for two hours.
    my friend asked a professor about "How many hours does he need to sleep?" and he told him that 4 hours is enough.

    People are different.cause i can't sleep less than 9-10 hours.

    Yes it is because what counts is if you are sleeping deeply enough and relaxing all your muscles.
