Is it normal i don't pick up my dog's poo?

Oded here, I rank you as unfit to care for said animal. What pet owner can't participate in the duties of owning an animal? The unfit type is whom. I suggest you take responsibility for the dog and pick up the poo. And that is just disgusting. There are laws against that. I hope karma gives you a ticket.

It's normal, because being an asshole is relatively normal for people. It's irresponsible and obnoxious, and you should start cleaning up after the dog.

For some reason, this post reminds me of the Facebook posts I see from time to time. Someone will get fined for that and make a Facebook status whining about the police or just blame anyone else but themselves.
