    I personally hate the texture of them too. And they hardly have flavor and things without flavor creep me out a bit haha, it's not just you my friend.

      You never eat a portobello mushroom then if you think they have no flavor

          I know you have not, cause otherwise you would not say they don't have taste

          Cooked well they can replace meat in a meal

          Raw and cooked mushrooms have a different textures as well
