Is it normal i don't like dealing with people who don't own a car?

I find it annoying to accommodate to people who have no car. I live in a rural area that is not designed with landmarks close together. When I have to be their ride and they don't reimburse or compensate in any way. People of this nature tend to waste my time and I have decided to disconnect with them because of this. I tell them either pay up or get a car. In my mind, if you are a responsible able-bodied adult living in a rural area, you WILL drive period. No exceptions.

I agree. One day my neighbor came over and stuck a five dollar bill in my face. He asked me to take him to the dealership to pickup his car. I said we should have toast to this event, he said whata we drinking, I said Whiskey. We ended up too shit faced to go anywhere that day.
But the moral of the story is, he still paid me for the transportation.

If it's costing you money to drive people places, ask them for petrol money. If you don't mind their company and can afford to drive them places, what's the problem? I'm so glad I live somewhere where's there's community spirit and people help others.

I wish I could live in a community that had good intent like yours and not have so many users. I don't know if you know the phrase gas, grass or ass but I might start using it.

You could rip out the passenger seat and have them sit on nuts and bolts Indian style.

People who can't/won't drive = leeches. Simple as that.

    I agree with you.
As I live in Nz, i have different reasons why I can't drive but it doesn't mean that I shouldn't have to find my own way around town. I can do that by walking or catching public transport.

Either way, ask them for petrol money so it makes it easier for you.

Just be upfront about it. Pay up or walk.

I’m in a informal car pool with a colleague and it was clearly explained from the beginning that the costs will be equally. It helps when we both understand the arrangement.

Or betteryet, when someone asks for a ride tell them straight up $x for services rendered. You are on a tight budget and they can help with gas.
