If addiction runs in the family you're smart to avoid it, my mothers side of the family can't handle cocaine, every single member who's ever tried it spiraled into a quick addiction and eventually died from overdose. While my fathers side has no problem regulating any substance or activity that most might find addicting. It's all chemical (I think, at least)
Some people can be healthy moderates users, some get addicted after just a few tries at anything, usually runs in the family.
