All the stupidity is because we have easy access to food and water and are generally not unsafe. If we had a war or famine, that would probably cause a temporary decrease in the stupidity of America.
I've got to agree with my nemesis, Clunk42, on this one. The good news is that frigid subzero winter weather causes enough survival stress to weed out those without the wits to survive an ice age. You could move to a cold northern state that borders Canada. The people are a lot smarter there.

Got to agree with you there. The conservatives would only lose the craziest of us. The left would be without a generation of young voters.
