To be fair the artic isnt exactly in abundance of foodstuffs. I mean if you look at the religions of the inuits (eskimos) they had to invent a religion that conformed with eating 100% meat... they were SUPER weird (even by religion standards. Such as blowing up the bladders of seals like balloons to set their souls free.
