Maybe you're just very young and haven't learned how to recognise the signs of imminent orgasm and back off. If you're not a young teen, then you've possibly trained yourself to come very fast. Slow down the strokes, tease yourself, and learn how to recognise the feeling of imminent orgasm and how you can retreat a little.
Do you come that fast even if you've recently ejaculated? Normally, a guy can reach orgasm much faster if they haven't had one in the last day or so. If they've come within the last ten minutes, it will take much, much longer to come again.
There's nothing wrong per se with coming fast if you're with a girl. Some girls might even get off on the idea that they've had that effect on you. The problem lies in the fact that, after guys come, most tend to immediately lose all interest in sex.
