    You're correct that the male won't get pregnant but the female is very likely to, given that precum contains sperm and can also pass on VD as you so quaintly call sexually transmitted diseases/infections.

      If you do your reaserch, the pull out method has a 4% failure rate if done properly.

        Dude, women can get pregnant from pre-cum alone. so while your slipping and sliding inside her just remember you might be leaking a bit of the ol' man juice with out realizing. Also if you want scabs on your dick then carry on without a condom.

          So its within a few percent of the birth control rate of condoms. And meanwhile unwanted pregnancies are easily dealt with in very rare circumstances.

          condoms are said to be about 98% effective in preventing pregnancy while the implant is over 99 per cent effective. Less than one woman in every 1,000 will get pregnant over three years when using the implant. It cant however prevent transmission of stds.
