I agree. At first I heard people say it and thought it meant well, or meant something. Now everyone is saying it and perhaps they were all parroting each other.
Does anyone even know what their best life is? Maybe their dream life. And worst life. It’s vague and grey. Some things are clean cut and dealbreakers. But also by saying living your best life it implies your life isn’t so great right now. Maybe it isn’t. I dunno.
