I'm the same. It's why I always put a bottle of water in fridge for when in bed so I can put it under my back when in bed for a while. Also had to re-arrange rooms to keep beds by windows just incase.
Luckily my body apparently gives off a ton of heat, even when I'm happily cold, so we cuddle in bed for a while before going to different sides to sleep.
Basically what I'm getting at is yes, you can be in a relationship.
