Is it normal i can't get a job?

I am 24 and have been looking for a job for about a year, but no one will hire me. I have 2 associate's degrees but I don't have any work experience outside of a little bit of volunteer experience. And I'm also quite bad at interviewing but I'm getting better. One interviewer even said he would call my references but I don't think he did.

Depends on a lot of things.

Are you applying for a career in a very competitive field? Also what are you exuding when you go for these interviews? If you're that bad in them, then that's probably what's killing your chances. There's lots of great advice online though 😊

We are living in competitive times where there's a relative shortage of work, but tbh if you're shrewd and very determined to find work, it shouldn't really be this hard to get it. Especially considering you are young and apparently educated.

What are you applying for? And what are your associate degrees in?
