Is it normal i can identify people easily?

Soooo I've noticed, when i'm in the same room as someone, without even knowing their there from the sound bouncing off of what ever im doing I can locate where and who they are (if i know them of course) I think of it like the sound bouncing, then bouncing off the person or object in question. Same with vibrations, I can locate things extremely easily through it alone.
