The thing with AI is that they have no self awareness/consciousness. There's a whole "Chinese Room Argument" about it. If you're interested it might do you good to look into it just to get some insights.
I've read the Chinese room argument. It is a very poor argument against AI possibility as it is not falsifiable. It basically asks: how do we know if an AI program is actually intelligent or just a perfect representation of intelligence? Questions that cannot be proven or disproven have no explanatory power.
It's essentially the what if everything in life is just a dream argument.
IIN I believe it is humanity's purpose to create an AI to replace us?
