My crushes birthday was a few weeks ago and his relative whom he doesn't seem close to and who lives in another state wrote on his wall "Happy birthday and better not let someone else blow out your candles! 😉"

And I got down because I'm thinking oh no...is he in a relationship and I didn't know? He goes to my college fyi.

Is it normal I assume he's taken based on that comment?

    The relative could just be jokeing trying to say that it would be a good birthday party to get a blowjob. Just in general. I make those kind of jokes all the time, and they don’t MEAN anything.
