Well, talk to someone about it. I've seen stuff like that in real life, in a traffic accident. I saw the guy's body destroyed and part of his chest was still figurable, but no head, arms or anything. It was a real mess all over and it made me feel sick for like two weeks. If it helps, at some point the feeling went away. I still have memories of the day.
