Is it normal i am a staunch communist republican ?

I am a Republican but Believe Communism serves Democracy better than Capitalism or Chronism.

I also hope for a Meritocracy , but only after improving the Education system.

Capitalism=Corruption, Lobbying should be illegal. and the government's powers should be reduced in Daily life, while it should be strong enough to look after citizens who are having a hard time making it.

Is It Normal?

  • Are you kidding me? No corruption in a communist system? There's corruption involved in any system as long as damn humans are involved.

Communism needs government intervention to thrive and you should know this. Socialised services provided by the government as oppose to private entities is a fundamental corner stone.

No doubt Capitalism has it's own flaws but no system is perfect. It is unfortunately for everyone is to pick the lesser evil over another.

I don't want to come across as a right wing fanatic but I do consider myself a conservative minus the religious fanaticism you have there in the US. And even among conservatives in my country acknowledge we do need a safety net like universal healthcare the degree of it varies between us and the left.

  • I just had to see if you could be as screwed up as this post makes you sound. Yep, you are.
What in the world gives you the idea that there is no corruption in a communist regime? Apparently you never read or listen to the news. If you did, you'd have heard almost weekly about the arrests in China of officials for corruption.
Please tell me you aren't naive enough to think there was no corruption in the Soviet Union. Or Cuba.
You have not shared your beliefs, you have merely written a bunch of tripe that has no basis in fact or reality.

    • Yeah, I started doing business in China a couple years ago in a regulated industry. I cannot believe how many quasi-governmental agencies manipulate things and get their fingers in the pie. Business activities that would get you thrown in jail in the US, especially bribery, is routine business practice over there.

    • Not the OP.

Please don't tell me you aren't naive enough to believe the Soviet Union and China were/ are communist states. Both are socialist we dreams of becoming a true communist states.
