  • Sounds like something’s wrong with your stride. Do you lean a little forward when you walk? Gravity will help you without putting excessive strain on your legs, especially when going uphill. Likewise lean back when you go downhill..

    • No I have overpronation my ankles are wrong my feet learn inwards visibly

      • Then you might need orthopedic shoes. Don’t trust a shoe store sales clerk. Go to a real orthopedist and solve this once and for all.
