Is it normal i always feel my heart beating faster than normal

I can't stop my mind thinking about my heart beating... Its so annoying & I notice it actually races faster than usual each day & happens all the time. It doesn't matter if I'm watching TV or playing with my pets..makes me paranoid & worried to be honest because I don't think this is healthy. I'm only 22, don't do drugs or alcohol & nor caffeine.
Is this an anxiety disorder? I can't stop me from thinking about this :/

This is rather common with anxiety disorders. But you should look up the differences between the symptoms for heart conditions and an anxiety response. Sometimes just worrying about the anxiety response can trigger another attack, so you should practice activities that distract you from what you are anxious about.

I had this kind of issue some Years ago. I had persistent generalized anxiety and i had like 100 heartbeats per minute all day long. It lasted some months and then i started feeling better. In any case you should see a cardiologist just to exclude other problems.

Stop looking for medical advice on places like this. SEE YOUR DOCTOR!! It may be nothing to worry about, in which case, you can stop worrying. Or it may be something you can do something about, in which case you can do it and stop worrying. Or it may be something that is going to kill you no matter what you do, in which case you can write a proper will and stop worrying, because that isn't going to help.

Me too, and then it stresses me out more and more. I sometimes have high blood pressure if that's any help.
