Is it normal i almost faint if i have a shower too hot when i have my period?

This has happened a few times when I forgot and increase the heat when I have my monthly. I almost black out and I have an awful feeling where I'll start randomly shaking and almost colapse if I don't quickly get out and sit down. It's like all energy leaves my body and I feel like I'm going to die! Has any other female experienced this around their monthly? Is this even normal or is something seriously wrong?

Ummm, you need to get lab work done on your blood. In addition to the doctor, have a shower stoll next to you so that you can sit down quickly.

You should definitely talk to your doctor, it could easily be anemia or low blood pressure relating to your menses.

Could be anemia. Well, could be many things, but you mention it happens during menses so I tend to think anemia due to heavy period. I would see my doctor. It's not a big deal but it will continue to worsen over time, most likely.

This happens to my best friend when she isn't well hydrated or had enough vitamins for the day. It happens to me too but it's just the hot water causing a reaction like sudden dehydration. Just keep the water cooler and allow your body to adjust
