Is it normal heart stopping for a millisecond when scared

So, for example I'm listening to music and random noise comes out of nowhere and scares me and I can feel bit pain in my heart like it stops for a millisecond but then returns to normal. Is this thing normal? I've been experiencing it for around 6 months now.

    There's a song by Queen called Sheer Heartattack that's supposed to be really bad for you because it's got a continuous beat until it abruptly stops at the end. It's meant to give you a heartattck as your heart will be accustomed to the beat. FACT OF THE DAY.

    If this becomes a regular event, get a 24 hour halter EKG work up.
