I think it's normal to feel a little awkward, and perhaps even guilty after you saw that nudie pic, but I think it was a poor choice to tell her. I know she's your friend as well as the guy but it's unwise to put yourself in between couples with regard to things that might cause a serious disagreement, because you will always end up as the odd man out, and it will be them against you, dear heart... and the same goes for people who are related.
