I already mentioned the slightly increased risk of cancer. Also, "Oh no, satuarated fats in my 2% milk! This is horrific!" Calcium is extremely important for the bones, just ask the people who don't get enough of it. Milk is a good way for someone to ensure they get enough calcium. Lactose intolerance doesn't matter, as it doesn't apply to the majority of people.
Actually, around 65% of people in the world are lactose intolerant. And you can get calcium from many many other things.
I have a bearded dragon and he takes a calcium supplement. Most all herbivore animals scavenge bones or dropped antlers for calcium.
Milk has calcium and calcium is good for you, but the rest of the stuff in milk isn’t. Also I do agree with the whole idea of it being unnatural. No other animal drinks milk as an adult, or from a different animal.
I typed this while drinking my 3rd White Claw at 3 in the afternoon.
Pinnacle of health and health advice!!!
You're still inside your belief that milk is good for you and that you need it for calcium. It isn't and you don't. Just stop denying facts dude.
Read facts and studies instead of avoiding them just to avoid being wrong.
I never said milk is good for you in my last reply. I simply stated that
1) I don't care about the possibility of milk slightly increases chances of getting certain cancers.
2) I don't care so much about the fat because I don't drink milk, I use 2% milk, and I only use milk in cereal.
3) You don't need milk for calcium, necesarily, but you sure do need calcium and milk has it.
I never said you need milk. I'm saying milk isn't THAT bad for you. Although, calcium defficiency is an actual medical issue. You don't need milk for its calcium, but it sure does have it.
From what I've seen, it doesn't do much that's that bad. I don't know where you're getting your pretty bad from, but to me, it seems milk's only kind of bad. Calcium deficiency can still happen, though.
IIN guilt/vigilantism eating him alive

I know right? I can't believe so many people still believe this crap about milk and calcium. It proves how powerful the milk lobby is.
And they're so gaslighted they can't even ask themselves questions anymore and just accept whatever they were taught.

You don't need milk altogether. You just like it.
I don't need cheese. I just like it.
But I'm glad you're starting to get that it is actually bad for people's health. Don't be fooled by lobbies mate.

It's kind of pretty bad. Calcium deficiency is pretty rare in Europe and USA.
