Is it normal growth on my scalp

so I woke up today and my head is itching and burning. It has a layer of sludge on it. Its yellow and white crusty sludge. It itches bad. Its all over my jacket. Also I stink and I have to poo. I doubt thats related tho.

    Have some fiber, go poop, and take a shower. Dandruff is related to funus an overgrowth of of yeast in the body. Maybe you eat too much sugar in your diet?

      I tend to take lots of magnesium citrate so I can poo. It helps me go since I take opiods. The only problem is when I have to poo its like I have to go RIGHT NOW. I almost blew a hole in the toilet yesterday. I wish I took a picture. It was like 3 feet long.
