Is it normal growth of red mole on body

Not sure when this happened, guessing in the last two weeks, but I appear to have a red mole around my shoulder blade. Wasn't born with it and I have a regular small mole so I know what a mole looks like. I've had some nerve problems with my upper back but not sure if this is related or something to be concerned about. I've done a couple unhealthy things in the past month or so as well so that's part of why I ask. Google suggested it's cherry angiome, but it's not blood red like that, it's more red like inflamed skin.

if it was normal they wouldn't be called moles , they call them kittens or puppies.
