I have a problemwith overflowing where it runs down my legs (I'm heavy and wear short skirts). I can't wear tampons
This why I consider going 100% gay.
Try changing them more often so they don't overfill or whatever
Sounds like you need to look into tampons. Tampons are a life saver!! And maybe go see a dr so they can put you on birth control, so your periods aren't so heavy!
Definitely shouldn't be doing that should make an effort to use tampons as above see a doctor for advice
What does being heavy have to do with any of that? And use bigger pads, or change them more often, or even go for a divacup. I think that's what they're called.
Why can't you use tampons? I ask this because a tampon and a pad can be helpful if you have heavy periods.
