Race doesn't exist biologically. Its a social construct. Try describing people other than labelling them like with other physical characteristics. For example. Instead of asian chick. White dude. Try mental language like "I saw a tall man with creamy skin and brown hair, he had oval shaped eyes with long black lashes. A nicely proportioned slightly pointed nose. I found him attractive" then when you understand it doesn't exist you'll know it doesn't matter
