Is it normal for weird lady at work to pretend panic all the time?

This weird woman at work does this all the time.It is really hard to work like this. She Paces around all day screaming and moaning and groaning and saying in a panicked voice Oh no! Oh geez oh man! Oh the humanity!I can't believe this happened! This is horrible! Oh god Oh god how will I go on!!!!!!!!!!!Nothing has happened she just does this to be annoying. She freaks out if anyone goes in the hallway by her office. Sometimes she blocks the hallway because she doesn't want people in HER HALLWAY! when she is in the hallway and says well how are we going to work this who is going to go first and if you pass her in the hallway she has a fit.She also constantly asks people to repeat what they just said because she doesn't understand what they are saying.Whenever we pitch anything at a meeting she throws cold water all over our ideas.The boss won't do anything about her.

    Maybe her job has stresses you are not aware of...or maybe it's mental illness. Who knows?

    Totally normal even though it shouldn't be. Like when I was youngish,I use to work with a bunch of assholes at a roach infested pizza place. So I fucked with them and got high all the time until I got fired. It ended being a good thing because they got shut down like a month later.
