Is it normal for these weird marks to show up on my skin if i get scratched?

Okay so whenever I get scratched or anything like that my skin will sort of get these bumpy line things in the place where I was scratched. I'm not explaining this very well. It's kind of interesting actually, I can scratch like words or a design and those marks will make it show on my skin. They only last for a couple minutes and then they fade away. I wish I could add a picture to demonstrate.

    My allergist did this test on me by scratching near my elbow. Apparently it's a mild form of auto-immune behavior. Look up dermatographia.

    I had that too, I could write my name on my arm and it would puff up. It slowly stopped doing that as I got older.
