Is it normal for the room to spin like crazy after drinking 10oz of hard liquor and a dose of Nyquil PM? I just woke up after fainting and it's spinning a little less but my intestines hurt.

I dunno, cause I don't generally mix that type of stuff, at least I don't do so deliberately. Of course I don't know if you mixed that shit deliberately to catch a buzz or if it was accidental.
Honestly, just gimme a little quality alcohol or maybe some quality herb and I can just chill out and catch a nice, smooth, mellow vibe. For me there's no reason to try to see just how fucked up you can get. I think people seek to get totally blown away to ease some awful pain inside, or forget about their problems, but it never works, because the problems are still there when you sober up. It's so much better to address problems than to just try to escape them.
Alcohol plus Tylenol (acetaminophen) is extremely bad for your liver and NyQuil has acetaminophen in it. Stop doing that or your liver will fall off. It's no joke.
