Is it normal for skin to turn red and itch when outside

Sometimes when I'm outside, especially when i sweat or exercise, ill get splotchy red areas all over my body. These areas always itch like crazy, and it doesn't appear to go away for usually 10-15 minutes.

    Photodermatitis?

  • Well, if it were normal, the majority of the people you see outdoors would be covered in red splotches and scratching themselves until they bleed. See a doctor.

Do you have two small bite marks on your neck?

Yes, it is quite normal. Allergens, the substances causing allergy are present in air. However, if the symptoms do not subside, visit a doctor.

Could this be heat rash? It makes sense since I used to get it all the time.

If this happens after an hour of being outside, you probably just sunburn easily. If it happens quickly, your skin is highly sensitive to sun and you are probably capable of gaining access to handicapped parking in the USA.

Not normal at all. Allergic to something or maybe bug bites of some kind.
