The fat acceptance movement is a terrible moment. No you are not more attractive when fat, men generally do not find you attractive. Yes men do have sex with fat people, is it because we like them big? Nope it's because our dicks dont have eyes.
I have a lot of fat fwb. Would I perfer them skinny... FUCK YES I WOULD. Some of them are genuinely good people, it's just that I won't date women that weigh more than me. Its not a high standard.
The answer is it isn't fine, it just makes people insecure and its even worse if they have an eating disorder. Another reason why it isn't fine is because you're putting yourself at risk and you always limit yourself on what you can do. Yes I agree with you that the Fat acceptance movement is a terrible movement reasons for that is they keep advocating obesity which results in most of them being in self denial.
If anything I would choose to be thin mostly because I want to live longer.
The people that tell me there's such thing as HAES, those people are wrong. HAES is a lie.
I know this because you cannot be healthy at any size. They cannot dare say that a morbidly fat person is healthy when clearly they have some health complications.
Eventually it could lead to shortening the lifespan and leading to death.
In short: Fat shouldn't be celebrated the same way anorexia should not be celebrated.
