Is it normal for my legs to be like this

ok so the part of my legs below my knees is thin, like good thin, but above my knees, the thighs are thick. the ratio is sort of not right, but is that okay?

Take a look around at other people: it's 100% normal for the thighs to be thicker than the lower legs.

    If you're fat it's normal.

Also take a look at "thick" girls. Got a lot of cushioning around the thighs and ass but a normal-ish waist and lower legs.

Same. It’s especially normal if you are a short woman, even when I was 90lbs my thighs sorta looked a bit chubby.

It's normal for your thighs to be thicker than your lower legs. If you thighs are fat, and your lower legs a skinny then what you need to do is to workout with weights to get some muscle tone.
