Is it normal for millenial daughter to live in car bc rules are too controlling?

She drinks 2 bottles of wine in a 10 day period.
She can't stand my neurotic ocd episodes. Like I was sure the baby she was babysitting wasn't strapped in. so I followed her all over the neighborhood trying to see if the baby was strapped in to the stroller.
I may be getting back together with ex fiancé. She doesn't want to deal with that.Because she feels our constant fighting is toxic and feels we fight with her when we are mad at each other.
She watches tv shows late at night.They were in Italian and german. Which bothers me. Even with the sound off. Everyone should speak American.I felt the need to come out 20 30 times and take her to task about how she did her chores.

I was sure great grandma was dead because her phone was ringing busy. So we had a big fight because my daughter thought it was stupid I was yelling screaming and freaking out. I ended up go over there in the middle of the night and annoying great grandma ,who was sleeping.
