Is it normal for men when tickled to feel sensation in two places?

Hi!

Here is an example of what I mean:
I have a very sensitive neck. It can feel paralysing if kissed in a certain ways, at certain spots, and when I'm in the right mood. When this happens, I feel a ticklish sensation running all the way down the side of my body to my left or right buttock depending on which side of my neck is stimulated.

Do other men experience this? One part of the body being stimulated, and a ticklish/good feeling runs to other places in the body.
